1How many articles can be submitted by a corresponding author?Maximally two papers are allowed to be submitted as a corresponding author.
2How to submit articles?Abstracts in English must be uploaded on the website by April 10, 2021. After reviewing, in case the article is accepted, the authors are required to submit the full paper in English and upload it in their user profile on the conference website by May 12, 2021. Instruction to formatting articles is available on the website.
3Will the article presenter’s enjoy any privilege?Accepted articles will be published in the Journal of Advances in Medical and Biomedical Research.
4How many reviwers are supposed to review the articles? How long will the reviewing process take?Articles will be sent to two referees corresponding to your selected area. In case one of the referees accepts the article and the other rejects it, the article will be sent to a third reviewer. Each article must be accepted by two reviewers in order to be presented in the conference. The presentation mode will be either oral (lecture) or poster; the maximum reviewing time is 10 work-days and the reviewer is required to let the authors know the comments. In case the article is in need of edition or if rejected, required editions or reasons for rejection will be announced to the corresponding author.
5Will there be any difference in terms of certificates of poster and oral presentations?There is no particular difference in the certificates of poster and oral presentations. The oral presentations should be prepared (for a maximum of 20 minutes) in advance as a PowerPoint file and should be submitted online. The questions of the reviewers’ committee and the audience should be responded. The guidelines for poster preparation is available on the website. Thus, a video for offline poster presentation in accordance with guidelines should be uploaded in the user profile on the conference website.
6My article has been accepted as a poster. What should I do?First of all, you have to carefully read the poster preparation guidelines from the conference website. Subsequently, prepare your poster and submit your poster files in the user profile (the panel in which you submitted your article is the user system). Moreover, prepare the offline poster presentation video (not exceeding a maximum of 5 minutes) and upload it as well.
7Is it possible to virtually register for the conference? What is the difference between in-person and virtual certificate? Will the word virtual be included in conference certificates and credentials?You can virtually register in the conference. The conference administrators have provided measures to accept the articles of those who may virtually attend the conference, for any reason such as long distances or inability to attend the conference. There is no difference between in-person and virtual certificates, and the word "virtual" will not be included in their certificates and documents. The certificates include a certificate of attendance, presentation and publication of the article in the articles collection.
8Do I have to pay money concurrent with the article submission? How much does it cost to attend the conference?Registration, conference participation, and submission are all free.
